Q: What do you specialize in?

A: Chanelle’s Heavenly Treasures specializes in dessert confections from scratch inluding cocktail (liquor-infused) cupcakes & cheesecakes, fraternity/sorority cupcakes, cheesecakes, custom cakes etc. Chanelle’s Heavenly Treasures is where PASSION and DESSERTS are infused for ALL DESSERTS, for ALL OCCASIONS!

Q: Where can we find a complete listing of all the desserts that you offer?

A: You can find a complete listing of our desserts by going to “Our Heavenly Desserts” Tab on this website or emailing us at info@chanellesheavenlytreasures.com so a copy can be emailed to you.

Q: What is a cocktail cupcake?

A: A cocktail cupcake is a liquor-infused cupcake from the cake to the frosting. This is a unique way to have both liquor and cake in one bite. We make sure that there is enough alcohol for you to taste however not too much so that the essence of the cupcake is lost. We can infuse any alcohol into our cupcakes but have specific flavors that we offer and feel are the best to highlight both the cake and liquor in the best possible way.

Q: Do you ship?

A: Yes, we ship to select U.S. States TO YOU and FOR YOU. Please take a look at our shipping page to see how long it will take to get to your location and rates according to the UPS website as well as how we package our desserts to ensure freshness and they reach you in an efficient manner.

Q: How do I place an order if I don’t live in the same state?

A: You place an order by simply contacting us via email at info@chanellesheavenlytreasures.com or calling at (214) 289-5649, we do not currently have an order form online.

Q: What is the ULTIMATE DESSERT EXPERIENCE?

A: With Chanelle’s Heavenly Treasures customer service is TOP PRIORITY and the ULTIMATE DESSERT EXPERIENCE ensures that our clients recieve prompt and efficient service. This is our way of catering to you and allievating any work that you have to do in regards to your desserts. We want our clients to feel treasured throughout the whole ordering process and through the desserts that we provide. The ULTIMATE DESSERT EXPERIENCE starts with our COMPLIMENTARY Dessert Planning Session, then leads into our dessert preparation , delivery (whether you pick up or we drop off) and concludes with a follow up call to ensure everything was above and beyond what you expected. The unique thing about Chanelle’s Heavenly Treasures is that we pride ourselves not only on great taste and personability, but also on exceptional presentation, so whether we are dropping off an order to you or you are picking it up we are focusing on the best way to present the desserts you ordered to your guests in addition to the one-of-a-kind taste that only Chanelle’s Heavenly Treasures can provide. We want your guests to feel as treasured as we want you, our client, to feel.

Q: How much advance notice do you need to place an order?

A: Generally the farther in advance you know the date of your event and you want to order with the Chanelle’s Heavenly Treasures the better. Ideally we would like to know at least 3-7 days in advance however we are very adaptable and are able to make RUSH orders. when needed (additional charges may be applied).

Q: Do you provide samples or tasting events?

A: Yes we do provide samples. Our samples are included in our pricing for weddings for up to 4 people and we do charge $20 for a sample plate (up to 10 different flavors). However, this payment does go toward your order in the event that you choose to order with Chanelle’s Heavenly Treasures. In regards to tasting events we don’t have a set time when we have them. Usually we plan a tasting when we have created a gracious amount of new desserts and are ready to debut them to our clients. However, because of this we do offer Host a CHT Dessert Tasting Parties. If you want to have an event and want your guests to sample our desserts we would be more then happy to set up an event with you.

Q: What is the minimum I can order?

A: Generally if you are ordering cupcakes, cake pops, etc. we ask that you order a at least one dozen cupcakes. We do offer our desserts as a “just becasue” option so we are willing to accommodate any requests you may have on an order-to-order basis.

Q: Why do you offer a Baker’s Dozen (13) opposed to a stanrdard dozen (12 )?

A: We offer a Baker’s Dozen (13) with every order of individual desserts (cupcakes, cookies, edible mousse cups etc.) because Chanelle’s Heavenly Treasures truly TREASURES our clients. This is our way of giving you a token of appreciation for partaking in the “ULTIMATE DESSERT EXPERIENCE”!

Q: How do your Planning Sessions work?

A: Our Planning Sessions are FREE and they can happen either face-to-face, via email, via phone, or via Skype whichever is convenient for you. During the planning session we well tell you all you need to know about Chanelle’s Heavenly Treasures (dessert offerings, customer service, what you can expect when ordering with us, etc.) and we want to know about you (the desserts you like, your event, any ideas you want to see for your desserts, etc.). After this we help you to create a dessert that will best fit your needs.
