The “Missing” Ingredient is…LOVE!
Have you ever had an experience when you have cooked or baked something, you gave what you’ve made to someone to taste, they LOVE it, and then ask what’s in it?
You begin to name the ingredients to them and then they say are you sure that’s it? I taste something else. They proceed to look at you with confusion or maybe don’t believe you’ve told them ALL of the ingredients you’ve used. This happens to me often, especially when I’m at work.
There is ALWAYS a missing ingredient no matter how simple or intricate the recipe is, and that missing ingredient is LOVE.
To me, the LOVE, PASSION, EMOTION, and FEELING you put into whatever you are creating shows up in its taste. You can give someone the EXACT recipe you followed, show them exactly how to make it BUT it will always be different because of the LOVE that each person puts into the creation.
Love is the “secret” ingredient that binds everything together. Is Love your “missing” ingredient?
