Fundraising FAQ

Q: How long can we fundraise for?

A:  The suggested time to fundraise would be between 2-4 weeks.

 

Q: What is the process of fundraising with you?

A: You will receive a list of dessert options, flavors, and prices to choose what you would like to pre-sell. We will agree on a start, end, and expediting date. You will receive a brochure and order form with the list of dessert choices you plan on selling. After the duration of your fundraising you will then turnover allocated monies to us and we will expedite your order on the agreed upon date as well as render all monies belonging to your organization.

 

Q: Do we have to buy/stock inventory?

A: No, you do not have to buy or stock inventory.

 

Q: What type of fundraising do you do?

A: We fundraise with School Fundraising, Sports Teams, Church Groups, Day Care/Pre Schools, Music Groups, Club/Activity Groups, Sororities/Fraternities, Non-Profit Organizations, and Philanthropic Groups.

 

Q: How much money is it going to cost me?

A: You will not have to pay anything upfront. Upon turning in the order form, the allocated monies for Chanelle’s Heavenly Treasures will be submitted and you receive your orders on the expediting date.

 

Q: What type of discounts?

A: Desserts sold for the fundraiser are marked at a lowered price so that you have the opportunity to upsell the product increasing your profit.

 

Q: What’s the benefit for you doing this fundraise?

A: The benefit of you fundraising with us is so you have the opportunity to be in control of the profit you receive, you have the options for your desserts to be personalized to your specific organization or cause, and you will be offering a new and exciting way to raise money for your organization.

 

Q: What materials are supplied to assist you in fundraising?

A: You will receive a personalized brochure, and pre sale order form.

 

Q: What kind of results would we get from fundraising?

A: You have the opportunity to receive 40-50% overall profit.

Q: How is payment handled?

A: Since desserts will be pre-sold, upon Chanelle’s Heavenly Treasures receiving monies, you will receive an invoice with money that is due to you on the expediting date as well as the total amount of desserts you have sold.

 

Q: What is the best time of the year to do a fundraiser?

A: You are not limited to these times of the year but the best time of year to fundraise with us would be around Holidays (i.e. Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving), Awareness Months (i.e. Breast Cancer, Domestic Violence, etc.), anytime in the Fall.
